With over 2 decades of experience serving families, I bring a wealth of expertise to support your family in having the most peaceful & empowered experience possible.  I'm a birth & postpartum doula, with additional training in supporting survivors of sexual & birth trauma, families coping with loss & grief, and families living with mental health challenges.  I have been involved with a wide range of birth scenarios in both homes and hospitals.  Additionally, I provide group & private hypnobirthing childbirth education classes and rent birth pools for use at home births.  I am also in private practice as a counsellor & hypnotist, assisting individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns.
